World Rugby Shop

Problem Statement
Create a collaborative rugby apparel collection with World Rugby Shop (WRS) that would visually stand out, align with WRS brand colors, and generate excitement across both audiences while promoting both brands.

Constraints
The collection needed to incorporate WRS brand colors and identity while remaining cohesive with Modish Rugger’s style. The timeline required a fast turnaround for design, promotion, and launch, and the collection needed to be optimized for social media marketing and apparel production.

Intentional Decisions
After analyzing WRS branding, I explored conceptual directions built around wordplay with “World” and developed an creative direction centered on an “Out of This World” alien theme. This concept allowed me to leverage WRS’s bright green brand color while creating bold illustrations and custom patterns. I designed a cohesive alien-themed collection and developed supporting social media assets to cross-promote the launch across both brands.

Measurable Results
The campaign generated strong engagement across social platforms and was recognized as a highly creative collaboration. The collection performed exceptionally well, with the featured shorts selling out within two days of launch.
